His work is informed by nervous system science, a passion for somatic awareness practice, and integral coaching. In essence, he trains high-achieving individuals to access skills to respond to life and work from a deeper sense of purpose, power, and presence. His practice is rooted in a belief that “the body keeps the score” and that transformation happens when we learn skills to befriend, attend to, shape, integrate, and connect with the world in more empowering ways.
Chris lives in the Outer Sunset of San Francisco with his fiancée, Anna, and their cats, Winston and Benson. His favorite passage from a book is the Ziller's paragraph from “Another Roadside Attraction” by Tom Robbins, which starts with “As was my custom in such elements, I hunkered against the rain…” This year, two new things in his life are training for a 50K trail race in the Swiss Alps and commencing MBSR training through Brown University.
